abstract
The purpose of this research is to explore how the teachers, staff, para professionals, counselors, and social workers of Carey Jr. high school in Cheyenne, WY perceive the current anti-bullying program being implemented. This study will explore whether there are differences in opinions and or perceptions about bullying based on their experience working with students who have been bullied or with implementing the anti-bullying program. The information provided in this on-line survey will give us a contextual understanding of how the anti-bullying program is perceived and what changes, if any, could be implemented to improve the climate of how Carey Jr. high administration addresses bullying in their school.
